Customers who wish to bring their goods to the warehouse to pack are now required to book an appointment by phone at least 48 hours in advance.


 

Customers are required to complete their shipments at least two working days before the closing date, as consignments completed on, or a day before the closing date are not guaranteed to be included in the current shipment should there be space constraints.

If you are ordering goods to be delivered to us, please arrange for your items to be delivered at least two working days before the closing date. This will allow sufficient time for your deliveries to be consolidated and packed and be included in the current shipment. Priority will be given to consignments received and completed before the closing date.



Appointments are not required for customers who order online and arrange for items to be delivered to us. Please note that a minimum packing fee of £35 will be applicable for items which require repacking.
